These are the people who have contributed to the Broken Watch story so far:
David Bright - The Webmaster who brought Broken Watch to the masses in Cyber-Space
The Summers Family- Matt, Clare, Tom and Emmaleigh have followed the band since the beginning and Matt, Photographer Sumpreme, has taken many snaps for the band over the years including the artwork for the Wake Up and Autumn Waves albums.
Rick and Di Thompson- Rick T Introduced Rick Armstrong to Rock ‘n’ Roll and has supported Broken Watch ever since, giving the boys opportunities to play at the Tavern and the Pier in Clacton, along with Di who is a well respected artist in her own right, Broken Watch owe a lot to the Thompsons.
John Welham - Not only was he Chris and Gary’s woodwork teacher at school, he was also the band’s agent in their holiday camp days in 2004 and 2005.
Jade Ruffles - Extremely talented artist who painstakingly produced artwork for the band’s first album Killing Time
Debbie Wade - Created the band’s iconic logo which hasn’t been changed since the band got together back in 2003.
Last One Standing - aka Simon, Carla, Pete and Lucy and Tony & Clare Clarke for all their support. Check out Last One Standing on www.l1s.co.uk and remember the name; you’ll be seeing and hearing a lot more from them in the future.
Ginette May - Joined the team in 2008 to advise and inspire the band on new methods of promotion.
John Cottage - Auditioned as guitarist in 2003 before Rick joined the band; it didn’t work out but John has supported the band ever since.
The Guiver Family - Gary’s dad, in particular, has been chief stage director to the band having built many wonderful lighting displays and providing encouragement. He sat through all of those early rehearsals too(when the band didn’t have a clue) and got the band their first gig.
Charlie Skelton- The band’s celebrity friend took a chance on ‘the Watch’ at 2005’s Clacton Festival and provided Belly-Dancers as a visual aid!
The Long Family - Jo, Dave, Louise, Sabrina and Sam have supported Broken Watch since their very first gig and regularly turn up to cheer the boys on.
Adam Morris - Dream 100FM DJ who had the guts to start an unsigned bands segment on Monday nights. The first band up, you guessed it, Broken Watch who’s track “24-Hours From You” made it onto the airwaves.
Donna-Marie Shepherd - The ‘Cover Girl’ on 2004’s Wake Up album
Matt Young- Got the band a number of gigs in 2005; Matt is a suprmeme guitarist who is Slash in popular Guns ‘n’ Roses tribute band Lose Your Illusion.
