Chris Napier
A drummer of a very high standard, this big man with a big personality plays with a passion that makes every Broken Watch performance a memorable one. He’s a big fan of the Britpop movement of the mid 1990s, especially Oasis, Manic Street Preachers, Mansun and Cast; but he also loves Block Party and Keane.
Chris joined his first band “Elite” in 1998 where he became established not only as a drummer, but also as a songwriter. When Broken Watch first got together in early 2003, a large catalogue of lyrics had all been compiled - many of which were included on the group’s first album.
Not only is Chris a competent drummer, but also a good vocalist who has one of those classic rock and soul voices that gets everyone singing along. He also knows how to down a pint of Guinness.
